Juan is an energy and environment specialist with years of expertise in policy, program and project development. He has worked with numerous public and private entities, as well as multilateral organizations. Juan has provided consultancy services to governments and international organizations across Latin America. He currently serves as an associate consultant for the World Bank’s Carbon Market Unit.

Johan works as a senior advisor, assisting governments, multilateral development banks, UN bodies, and the private sector.
