Neyen launches inFUSE Accelerator to boost Southeast Asia’s carbon market ecosystem

inFUSE Accelerator is a groundbreaking program that seeks to build a community of practitioners dedicated to supporting organizations in their quest to decarbonize and actively participate in Carbon Markets.

Jakarta, Indonesia — September 2, 2024 — Neyen is proud to announce the launch of the inFUSE Accelerator, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at developing a robust carbon market ecosystem across Southeast Asia. The program seeks to build a community of practitioners dedicated to supporting organizations in their quest to decarbonize and actively participate in Carbon Markets.

The inFUSE Accelerator brings together top-level international carbon market experts, local specialists, and key partners to help organizations to navigate emerging domestic carbon pricing schemes in multiple SEA countries and capitalize on opportunities to attract carbon finance. By empowering businesses to navigate regulated carbon pricing programs, attract carbon finance, and become trusted partners for international clients, inFUSE aims to make a significant impact on the region’s sustainability efforts.

Key components of the inFUSE Accelerator include:

  • Weekly in-person capacity-building workshops: Hands-on sessions designed to equip professionals with the skills needed to thrive in the carbon market and leading emerging carbon pricing schemes.
  • Online community development: A platform for continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among participants and experts.
  • Local partnerships: Collaborations with regional stakeholders to foster a supportive environment for carbon market growth.
  • University outreach programs: Engaging future leaders and innovators in the sustainability space.
The inFUSE Accelerator kicked off its journey in Indonesia, hosting its inaugural workshop on August 12, 2024, in partnership with the Indonesia Carbon Trading Association (IDCTA). Following the establishment of a strong presence in Indonesia, the program will expand to other Southeast Asian markets, including Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
